movies preferences
not exactly a cinephile, but i'm truly a movie fan. i may not dive deeply into film theory, but i appreciate the art of filmmaking and enjoy watching a wide variety of movies. i watch asian coming-of-age movies and documentary films as a way to heal and an escape from reality (cough in trauma response). frequently explore experimental queer cinema to gain a deeper understanding of gender and how it can be expressed in various ways.

literature preferences
into indonesian historical fiction, ethnographical or local wisdom-based or magical realism novels, gender equality-feminism books, absurdism and dark asian-lit (preferably japanese/korean), and psychological thriller-horror manga. i read nonfiction books too (mainly about history, politics, memoirs, and biographies), but, yeah, not that much. basically, i read anything, like every content, everything that available on the internet.
